Rhonda has over 30 years of experience as a clinician, educator, speaker, and practice management consultant/trainer with a unique and practical perspective in practice growth, marketing and team dynamics. With a rich and deep field of experience in dentistry Rhonda has a vast raptorial career from assistant, hygienist, instructor, speaker, trainer, manager, and consultant which has given her a well rounded perspective on today’s dental practice and the challenges and frustrations of each position within the dental practice. Rhonda’s experience includes teaching dental hygiene for the Medical College of Georgia in Rome, Georgia, Athens Technical College in Athens, Georgia, and consulting for The Drevenstedt Group. Lecturing on practice management, risk management, communication, infection control, and dental hygiene for the Medical College of Georgia, the Alabama Academy of General Dentistry and professional associations throughout the Southeast region, and still practicing what she teaches as a clinical dental hygienist in general and pediatric dentistry provides her a unique and practical perspective on the dynamics of the profession of dentistry. In 2005, she joined Anderson and Associates as a training specialist and speaker, a natural union because Rhonda already held the conviction that the dental staff is the most valuable resource in the dental practice.
Stuart J. Oberman is the founder and President of Oberman Law Firm. Mr. Oberman graduated from Urbana University, and received his law degree from John Marshall Law School. Tracy Blankenship has worked in the dental field for over 25 years, spending the majority of her career working in clinical dentistry as a dental hygienist and expanded dental assistant.
Tracy attended a dental assisting school in the suburbs of Pittsburgh before entering the dental hygiene program at Westmoreland County Community College, obtaining an Associate in Applied Science degree and her RDH license. After working as a dental hygienist in the Pittsburgh area, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Pittsburgh in Science with a concentration in Biology and Chemistry.
A Pennsylvania native, Tracy moved to Atlanta in September of 2006 to escape shoveling snow and meet the man she would marry. She currently holds dental hygiene licenses in GA, PA and FL.
Exploring different areas of dentistry, Tracy became a clinical and classroom instructor at West Georgia Technical College for two years where she taught dental hygiene students. She has also worked in dental sales, both as a Territory Manager and a Product Specialist. In addition, she has consulted with companies and trained dental teams.
Dr. Meghna Dassani received her initial dental training from the University of Mumbai, India, where she graduated in 1996 as Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). After working as an associate for one year, she established her own practice in Mumbai, India. She successfully operated this practice for six years prior to moving to the US.
In the US, Dr. Dassani received her dental training at Boston University (BU) Goldman School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2005. She was the editor of the BU chapter of American Student Dental Association (ASDA) magazine, “The Explorer”. At BU, she was actively involved in research projects and she enjoyed working in communities surrounding the dental school. Dr. Dassani practiced in the Houston area as an associate for five years before aquiring this practice.
Dr. Dassani is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), Greater Houston Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Seattle Study Club of South East Houston. She regularly attends continuing courses and seminars with a focus on aesthetic dentistry. She also has an Associate Fellowship within the World Clinical Laser Institute.
Dr. Dassani has numerous hours of training in placing and restoring implants. She is a Fellow and member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She is also a Fellow and member of the International Dental Implant Association.

He has worked in general dentistry as well as pedodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. He earned his Bachelor’s Degrees in Mass Communication and Sociology at Winston Salem State University. Aaron is a certified SPICE (Statewide Program for Infection Control and Epidemiology), authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, American Heart Association Instructor and provides state certification for dental axillaries in Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide and coronal polishing in North Carolina.
